Evaluating & Adopting Kuali Software
There is no fee for using Kuali software; you may simply go to the Kuali web site to download and use the software. There are Kuali Commercial Affiliates (KCAs) that can help you on a for-fee basis if you need implementation assistance. Whether you are evaluating or implementing Kuali software, here are a few resources that you will probably find useful:
- View a list of implementing institutions
- Our Business Case page houses a collection of resources helpful for building the business case to use Kuali software at institutions of higher education
- From Kuali's downloads page you will find links to Documentation, Requirements, Users Guides and other helpful resources
- For Kuali Financial System (KFS), there is a Collaboration wiki page that includes instructions for signing up to different mailing lists
- For Kuali Coeus (research administration), there is a Special Interest Group wiki page and a Collaboration mailing list. To get access to these resources, please follow the instructions for creating accounts on Confluence and Sakai, and then write to the Kuali Member Liaison to request access to these resources, referencing your username for each system.
- For Kuali Student, write an email to request to be added to the KS newsletter and read the Kuali Student (KS) website, especially the Participation page
