The Environment Management Support Specialist is a member of the Mosaic Environment Management Team. This team is part of the Infrastructure component of the Mosaic Project. The position will work with the application support and development teams to create and upgrade the production and development environments, manage the orderly migration of software and data between these environments, tune and troubleshoot when requested, and apply upgrades and application patches as needed. In addition, the Specialist will provide technical support and assist other application support resources to install new PeopleSoft, Kuali, and EPM environments and refresh non-production environments.
